We are ideally qualified to provide corporate guidance regarding in-house immigration policies for employers and strategic planning advice, program support, and counseling on workplace compliance issues, including H-1B Labor Condition Application documentation, Public Access Files, DOL nonimmigrant recordkeeping, and I-9 compliance. Most of our corporate clients utilize our firm’s expertise for immigration assistance related to the international movement and relocation of employees and new hires to and between corporate offices worldwide. About Annalisa Liuzzo

A graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and Hofstra School of Law, Ms. Liuzzo has been active in the field of immigration and nationality law for more than ten years.

As a prominent member of the community, Ms. Liuzzo has been frequently recognized for her commitment to immigrants as well as for her service to the community. In 2008, she was named Woman of the Year by the Italian Language Intercultural Alliance and named "Best of New York" by the Italian Tribune. Ms Liuzzo currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, serves as legal counsel to the Italian Language Intercultural Alliance, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Columbian Lawyers Association, the American Committee on Italian Migration, and the Confederation of Italian Entrepreneurs Worldwide. Ms. Liuzzo serves as a frequent speaker on U.S. Immigration & Nationality laws having been interviewed as well as having authored articles for a number of publications appearing in both the Italian and U.S. media.
